A Morning of Prayer

St. Alfred’s Centering Prayer Group invites you to withdraw from the cares of the world by attending a morning of silent prayer.

We will meet in the choir room on the north side of the church; please enter through the choir room doors. For questions or to register, please email marypat.sjostrom@gmail.com. Registration is not required, but it will help us to know how to set up the prayer circle.

While Centering Prayer is the basis of our teaching, all meditation paths are welcome. Books on the spiritual journey will be available to browse or to borrow from the church.
