A Morning of Prayer

The St. Alfred’s Centering Prayer Group invites you to continue your Lenten observance with a morning of silent prayer. We will meet in the choir room on the north side of the church; please enter through the choir room doors. For questions or to register, please email marypat.sjostrom@gmail.com. Registration is not required, but it will help us to know how to set up the prayer circle. 

While Centering Prayer is the basis of our teaching, all meditation paths are welcome. Books on the spiritual journey are available to borrow from the church.
